STAGE 1:
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The first step is to decide on the products you’re planning on launching, whether it’s a one-off design or a full collection.

STAGE 2:
TECHNICAL PACKS

A Tech Pack contains all the technical parts of a design. One should be made for every design in your collection. It is used to handover designs to suppliers, track changes and for quality control right through to production.

STAGE 3: DEVELOPMENT & MANUFACTURE

This is where things get exciting! Development can be a lengthy process, and it’s where having an experienced Garment Tech on board can make all the difference! Demi will complete in depth handovers with recommended suppliers, followed by full fit and garment review sessions for all samples until you are ready to sign your design off for production. Daily chasing, test reviews, colour matching and admin are a necessity for Stage 3 to run smoothly - and it’s where Demi comes into her own!

Both project rates or retainer services are available depending on your needs. For example a standalone Tech Pack can cost a one-off fee of £150-350. Whereas working on retainer for full-management starts at £275/month depending on days required.
