A Tech Pack is a vital document required by most studios & factories to communicate every details of your design. It is often the first step to manufacturing custom products overseas. Tech Packs are crucial for maintaining quality, and will avoid confusion when starting out with new suppliers.
Our Tech Packs are hand built technical documents based on years of industry experience, customised with your designs and specifications. We also include Design Packs and technical sketches drawn in Adobe Illustrator with every Tech Pack to ensure no details are unclear.
Design Packs include:
•Overview CADs (computer aided drawings), including front & back views as minimum
•Construction details where necessary
•Standard ‘where to measure’ diagrams
•Additional template pages such as fit inspiration, colours, branding, trims, fabric placement (using information provided)
•Tech Packs include:
• Size Charts
• BOMs (bill of materials)
• Additional template pages such as custom items, costing sheet, packing sheet
